HTC launched HTC Desire V, a new dual-SIM smartphone in India which before launched in Europe. HTC Desire V is the first dual Sim smartphone from HTC and it runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.
Besides the dual-SIM capabilities, the new HTC Desire V runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. It is furnished with Sense 4 UI, a 4 inch WVGA display, Beats Audio, HSDPA (only for one SIM card), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, 3.5mm headset jack, 5.0 MP rear camera with LED flash, 1GHz single-core Qualcomm processor, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal memory, 25GB of free storage space on Dropbox, and MicroSD card support and 1650 mAh battery. The smartphone measures 118.5 x 62.3 x 9.3 mm, and weighs 114 grams.
The only drawback of HTC Desire V is, it’s Dual Standby and not Dual Active like the recently launched Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos.
