Nokia N1 tablet with Android 5.0 and 64-bit Intel Z3580 processor announced for $249

Nokia today surprisingly announced Android tablet N1 and bring the Nokia brand come back into consumers’ hands. This is the first android tablet by Nokia after mobile division acquired by Microsoft. The Nokia N1 sports some top-of-the-line specifications and a brilliant industrial design.

The Nokia N1 tablet looks similar to the Xiaomi MiPad and also has the aluminum body like Apple iPad. The tablet is pricing for $249 without taxes and which is pretty competitive too in comparison with Google Nexus 9.

The Nokia N1 sports 7.9 inch 2048×1536 resolution IPS panel with LED backlight display. The device is powered by 2.3 GHz Intel 64-bit Atom Processor Z3580 paired with 2 GB LPDDR3 (800 MHz) RAM. The N1 tablet has 32 GB of internal storage and runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with Nokia Z Launcher on the top.

The new Nokia N1 tablet announced at the Slush technology conference in Helsinki, by Sebastian Nyström, Head of Products at Nokia Technologies, who said,

The Nokia N1 will be available in Natural Aluminum and Lava Grey colors and is priced at $249 (Rs. 15300 approx.) before taxes. It will be available for purchase in China in Q1 2015.
